How long does it take to get my custom clip on sunglasses?
We ship your clip ons 3-5 days after we receive your order.
Must you have my prescription frame in order to create my custom clip on sunglasses?
No. We can create your customized clip on sunglasses from a photocopy of your prescription frame, which you would mail to us. For more info, go to the buy clip on sunglasses page.
How do they clip on?
Our clip on sunglasses use coated, soft rubber prongs to allow smooth movement on and off and to prevent scratching; the prongs mount on the inside of each prescription lens near the nosepieces away from the field of vision.

Do they scratch?
Our lenses contain a special scratch-resistant coating; also, we provide instructions for the proper on-off procedure and a hard case for protection. If you follow the written on-off procedure we provide, there should be no problems.
How do I clean my clip on sunglasses?
The same as your prescription lenses; with water, soap and water, or commercially available lens cleaner.
I've purchased your clip ons at your shop and am very happy. How do you do it “online”?
We use the same technology at our locations that we use online. The only difference is your glasses are replaced with a photocopy. Using software to correct for warped or poor copies, the result is just as accurate online as at our locations.

Are my custom clip on sunglasses guaranteed?
We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our product and are confident you will be happy with your custom clip on sunglasses; thousands are. If you are not, contact us via e-mail within ten days of receipt stating the specific quality or workmanship issue you have encountered. If you feel they do not fit properly, we will need copies of the clip on mounted on your frame, front and back.
If the problem cannot be corrected, you will be issued a return authorization number via e-mail to accompany the clip on and case you return to us.
Upon receipt, we will issue you a refund by check for the cost of the clip on only; we do not refund the shipping and handling charge.
Please understand - this is not a metal-framed clip on with a metal bar across the top and hooks that clamp onto your frame, or a springed version of the same thing.
The features and benefits of our unique clip on are discussed on these pages. Misunderstanding the product we offer is not a valid reason for return or refund. We cannot be responsible for any mishandling or negligent act by the consumer that causes damage to the product.
